We had an AMAZING afternoon when we invited 3 girlfriends from Los Angles down. We shared fried chicken together, making a perfect sandwich/plate lunch with a sides such as BBQ slaw or sweet plantain rice which all came courtesy homebaked French Bread! It literally made us day as both we wanted more, and when you are busy (so to say we could only bring something back for lunch in our packs when not at play) eating at a later time you could eat whatever. To complete dinner there were baked Zingy Chicken and french toast we created on baking stone, perfect!
